If you have an e.Freezer smartcard, when you sign in to this website using your smartcard number and user password the search results will display availability of products at your e.Freezer. For fast results, use the Find box in the top right hand corner, for example searching for "R3136" will display a result like this.
As you can see it will display whether it is in stock at your e.Freezer, Genesearch or backorder with supplier, You can also then with just a few more clicks place the order on the website instead of going to the e.Freezer.
Notes:
* the number of days is accurate only if you order it today. If you miss our weekly cut off deadlines, the ETA would be 1 week longer. Check our Shipping Information page for detailed information.
* In all cases if we have the item in stock, we shall ship it overnight to your e.Freezer, provided that your site will receive shipments on that next day.
* You can search for products without logging in, you just will not see availability at the e.Freezer.
* After you have ordered the item you will receive an email advising the likely delivery date (note that such advice cannot be guaranteed as it might depend on many circumstances outside our control). |
