EFREEZER SMART CARDS

- Already have a website username and password, no need to register again.

- Sign in with your 4 digit Smart card number only, which is displayed on the bottom right hand corner of the Card.

- The password will be the same as what you use at the e.Freezer

- passwords will always be lower case, unless you changed it

NEW DIRECT CUSTOMERS

After you have registered on our website there are two steps to be completed

- Activate your account by following the instruction in the email you received immediately.

- Wait for Genesearch Sales to check your details,  you will receive an email from us when you account is approved, usually the same day.

SAFARI 5.1.4+  on OS X 10.6+ (Temporary)

- The latest version of Safari released March 2012 has well documented issues with javascript in 64 bit mode, and on our website you may not be able to complete checkout . This may be resolved by updating both Safari and Java to the latest versions, or run Safari in 32 bit mode.
