Ordering Lead Times:

For items we do currently have in stock, if your order reaches us by 2.30 pm (AEST) Monday - Thursday, you should receive your item the next day.

• For NEB products I do not currently have in stock, if your order reaches me by Thursday 10.30am (AEST), you may have your item by Tuesday the following week.
• For CST products I do not currently have in stock, if your order reaches me by Thursday 3pm (AEST), you should have your item by Wednesday the following week.
• For Finnzymes products we do not currently have in stock, if your order reaches me by Monday 3pm (AEST), you should have your item by Wednesday of the following week.
• For CisBio products we do not currently have in stock, if your order reaches me by Monday 3pm (AEST), you should have your item within 14 days.
• For Sequencher software, you should have your item within 14 days.

Delays may occur in these shipping times for a variety of reasons, please contact us if you have any concerns.

Freight and Packaging:

• Free for eFreezer orders!
• Shipping and handling charges vary depending on destination, type of shipment (e.g. ambient, wet ice, dry ice or bulky) and the value of your order. If your ordering department orders a large amount from us shipping might be free or discounted.
• Items shipped at ambient temperature often have no separate shipping charge.
• An order that requires multiple, different shipping methods may attract a separate shipping charge for each.
• Your exact shipping charge is shown with your shopping cart when you are logged in.

Genesearch reserves the right to vary shipping charges for items requiring unusual shipping; any such changes will be discussed in advance.

Discounts:

Regular discounts are outlined below - bulk and special formulation pricing/discounts are discussed on a case by case basis.  Please contact Genesearch if you would like to discuss this.

• If your order is over $500 excluding GST, your freight will be reduced from the regular price to $10 excluding GST for items shipping on wet ice only.
• If your order is over $1000 excluding GST, your order will attract a 5% discount and reduced freight of $10 excluding GST for items shipping on wet ice only.
• All eFreezer orders attract a 10% product discount.

All products from NEB, CST, and Finnzymes can be ordered through the Genesearch eFreezers, regardless of current stockholding.

If you are using the Genesearch eFreezer for your order please deduct 10% from the current list price/s and omit freight charges.

If you don't have a smartcard to access our eFreezer on-site vending machines, please let us know ASAP so we can give you immediate access to our products + 10% discount and FREE shipping!

Shipping Conditions:

Our shipping conditions have been tested extensively, developed with years of experience and are the most appropriate for the Australian climate and the delicate nature of the products we distribute.

Most products are shipped in wet ice; or a combination of wet ice and frozen gel packs; inside a specially designed polystyrene box, and cardboard outer for better insulation.  These polystyrene boxes are labelled with a reply-paid sticker for return to Genesearch and re-use.

Products needing colder shipping are packaged in Dry Ice, in accordance with the current IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations by appropriately qualified staff.
